About Me
Seasoned Product Designer Crafting Impactful Experiences
With a decade of experience, I design seamless, user-friendly experiences for brands like Taco Bell, Toyota, Bank of America, and more.
My Experience
As a Product Designer at Taco Bell, I enhance the delivery app by refining navigation, launching feedback surveys, and driving conversion and activation for the rewards program. Previously, I contributed to Toyota’s Super Bowl Tundra campaign at Saatchi & Saatchi and designed EV product pages. I’ve also created design solutions across retail, financial services, and healthcare.
My design journey started in high school where I was first introduced to Adobe Creative Suite, a tool I’ve mastered over 15 years, leading to a Graphic Design degree from UMass Dartmouth and further studies at RISD and General Assembly. Working remotely has given me the flexibility to balance my passion for design with creative hobbies like analog photography, stained glass making, and vinyasa yoga—activities that keep me inspired.
My Process
I focus on creating user-centered, intuitive designs that meet both business goals and user needs. My approach is collaborative, data-driven, and iterative, balancing creativity with functionality.
01
Discover Needs
I start by aligning with stakeholders, defining both user and business goals, analyzing competitors, gathering relevant data, and establishing the project scope.
02
Wireframing & UX Design
I create wireframes ranging from low to high fidelity, map user flows, and develop interactive prototypes, testing and refining based on feedback.
03
Design Refinement & Interaction Enhancement
I refine the UI and interactions, iterating based on feedback, while ensuring accessibility and creating final assets.
04
Deliver Project
I collaborate closely with developers, provide detailed spec annotations, ensure design quality, and monitor the product post-launch to gather insights for improvements.
